Here is an easy to follow guide on how to attach a bead to a chain.

Step 1:

Step-One

Remove your chain from the packaging.

Step 2:

Step-Two

Measure the length of your chain and remove from the strand.

Step 3:

Step-Three

Attach your beads to the headpins and secure.

Step 4:

Step Four

Open up each link that a bead will be attached to and secure the loop.

Step 5:

Step-Five

Work from the bottom upward or side to side on your design.

Tips

  • Use two pairs of flat nose pliers when working with the chain to ensure grooves do not mark the chain.
  • Do not open the chain outward. Twist up and down to open. Use the same technique to close the link.
